T-Stop Calibration Machine

The New Optica Magnus T-Stop Calibration Machine, will allow the accurate checking and calibration of lenses, with a maximum length of 39 inches (1m) and front diameter of 8 inches (20cm), with interchangeable PL and LPL lens mounts.

Ultra precise, yielding T-Stop readings to one hundredth of a stop. Calibration is instantaneous. Gives continuous read-out of the T-Stop as you move the lens aperture.

Reference Aperture

The T-Stop Machine is designed to meet the ANSI Standard Ph 22.90. This is a detail photo of the Reference Aperture that is used to calibrate the machine for each use. Once calibrated, the machine is very stable, yielding T-Stop measurements accurate to one hundredth of a T-Stop.
